Boiled beef sandwich with chimichurri

2 chillies

2 shallots

2 cloves of garlic

4 sprigs of thyme

4 sprigs of oregano

1 bunch of parsley

2 baguettes

350 g of boiled beef or other boiled meat

How to proceed

Preparation: approx. 20 minutes

For the chimichurri sauce, remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them in a food processor with the shallots, garlic and herbs. Add the salt, vinegar and oil to the sauce.
