Boiled with cream leeks and chorizo

Cayenne pepper

50 g of chorizo

Cut the leeks into 10 cm long pieces. Arrange them in a pan and sprinkle them with wine. Add salt, cover and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Remove the leeks, let them drain well and arrange them in a baking dish. Add the cream to the cooking juices of the leeks and reduce a little. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oven grill to 200 ° C. Pour the cream over the leeks. Peel the chorizo ​​and cut it into very small cubes. Spread them on the leeks with the grated cheese. Cook the vegetables in the center of the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Slice the boiled meat into rather thick slices and heat them in the broth. Serve with the cream leeks.
